At The Official Triumph Store, we want you to feel confident in your style; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
